Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy if a product other than what was ordered is sent, which means you have 30 days after collecting the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused or worn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact pureprecisionpep@outlook.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address we will inform you upon contact via email.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon collection and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products like research peptides, personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and liquids. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Research Peptides due to their nature or gift cards, refunds will only occur if there is an error on the part of Pure Precision Peptides.
Exchanges
We do not carry out exchanges precisely due to the nature of the product, be sure of what you want, making a conscious purchase, the exchange will only be carried out if the cause is an error on the part of Pure Precision Peptides
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and processed your return and will let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
